-1 year or more working experience in foreign trade business order addressing, preferably in the LED products or electronic industry
-Self-motivated, results-driven, ambitious and committed with a 'can-do' attitude
-Mature, outgoing and open-minded character
-Strong communication and organisation skills
-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarain)
-Computer literate, with good working knowledge of MS Office
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist our business growth by successfully providing proper products and service to oversea customers based on long term business partnership and win-win attitude. He/she is able to:
- Identify and seek out potential customers and business opportunities
- Proactively initiate Business order addressing to customers
- Handle enquiries in time and provide appropriate solutions to meet with customer's potential needs
- Follow customer’s email and handle related customer’s correspondences
- Keep first class order tracking and logistics issue till products are delivered to customers
-Provide considerate after-sales follow-up service
-Maintain customer records and detailed sales correspondence records for internal reporting
